Business Development Executive - Dental - UK
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to pursue a career in Business Development to join our UK Dental team on a 12-month FTC as a Pipeline Business Development Executive.
As our new Pipeline Business Development Executive, you will be a confident individual with a genuine interest in sales activity. You will play a pivotal part in the acquisition and retention of dental and dental care professional students across UK universities, and newly qualified dentists.
This is a full-time, home-based role, with a company car, and includes regular travel to pipeline events. It is essential that you have a driving licence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants exposure to a member facing role and thrives on face-to-face interaction.
Role Responsibility
- You will be acquiring dental and dental care professional freshers across our UK dental schools.
- You will support students with membership enquiries during their time at dental school.
- Actively retain and acquire students as the move from their final year into newly qualified foundation dentist membership.
- Organisation and delivery of foundation dentist events online and face to face in our Leeds & London offices.
- Building stakeholder relationships with dental universities, schools committees and dental deaneries across the UK.
- Working closely with internal departments, mainly marketing to plan and deliver sales and marketing activity to achieve our corporate objectives.

- Happy to travel 2-3 times per week during peak activity weeks.

Package Description
- Up to 15% discretionary annual bonus
