Team leader International Schemes
Role Responsibility
- Facilitate regular calls with Schemes to promptly identify and address queries or issues.
- Monitor Scheme performance against contractual obligations, including reviewing available reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Schemes, handling queries and complaints, and collaborating with territory advisers and Team Leaders to formulate responses.
- Manage Scheme budgets, including raising POs, processing invoices, and handling accruals/closing POs after services are delivered.
- Assist with annual fee reviews with Schemes and collaborate with other business areas to finalize and document agreed fees.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to review Scheme contracts as needed.
- Collaborate with Schemes to establish clear, documented processes and guidelines, reducing reliance on peer training and enhancing service and member satisfaction.
- Ensure Schemes understand and adhere to the MPS Complaints process.
The Ideal Candidate
- In-depth understanding of how MPS operates Schemes.
- Proven leadership and people management experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong operational management background, ideally within medical malpractice, insurance, or regulatory environments.
- Extensive experience in customer service and member management.
Package Description
