Job Introduction
If you attended the Leeds Careers Fair in January and would like to be kept informed of future Customer Service roles within our Leeds contact centre, please register your interest in here. The roles typically involve:
- Taking calls from our UK members and responding to queries around their medical & dental protection
- Dealing with new member applications, renewals and retention of our members
- Process subscription & refund payments using our online payment system
- Be the first point of contact for our members taking ownership of enquiries, acting as a "Member Champion" to manage through the earliest possible conclusion and deal with any issues timely and accurately
- Provide a high standard of member engagement and a high quality member experience at every interaction
Our next induction will start on Monday 20th April 2020
Package Description
- 12% company pension contribution (3% from the individual)
