Product & Proposition Developer
As MPS embark on some major change projects we are looking for an innovative and creative Product & Proposition Developer to join us at an exciting time.

Supporting on a number of strategic projects you will define target markets and manage the MPS portfolio of products and propositions globally to ensure they meet market and member needs.
You'll enjoy driving interactions and working in collaboration with colleagues across the business to interpret data, understand trends and analyse product performance.
Sitting with our friendly and supportive Product team, you will be empowered to drive change and help to diversify our product offering.
You will work to ensure product documentation is developed and maintained according to best practice and to regulatory standards where appropriate. Working closely with brand and marketing and business development teams to ensure products and propositions are communicated clearly and accurately to members.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a really interesting role with lots of variety where you'll be empowered to take ownership of projects and really drive them forward. You'll be someone who uses your creative problem solving and technical know how to innovate and deliver.
Interpreting, analysing and understanding trends, you'll use this data to act accordingly and develop new recommendations.
