Job Introduction

We are recruiting a PA to primarily support the Head of Delivery services in Ireland. You will also provide proactive support to the wider team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join MPS during the initial set-up of our in country presence and you will have the ability to work alongside a team of newly recruited colleagues to help shape and define how processes and procedures work in the new set up.

Role Responsibility

• Supporting the Head of Service delivery with the day to day operating of the Irish claims and cases functions
• Diary management
• Travel booking - Ireland, UK and international
• Meeting coordination
• General administrative work, and delegating admin tasks to the wider team when needed
• Triaging all incoming queries and handling accordingly

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced PA / EA who can demonstrate and agile, proactive and commercially focused way of working. This will be a very busy but rewarding role within a new function that offers a great deal of opportunity and autonomy in which to showcase your organisational skills.

Ideally you will have worked within in Legal, insurance or other regulated professional services environment. Knowledge of legal terminology would be an advantage but is not essential. You must be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and have the ability to make proactive decisions rather than wait for instruction. 

Due to the urgency of this role we may commence interviews prior to the closing date so please submit your application straight away! This role will be home based initially due to the COVID19 situation. On a longer term basis this role will still offer flexibility on home/office working as we are still yet to confirm our office location.
