Head of Programmes, Portfolio and PMO

Job Introduction

A pivotal role leading the Portfolio, Programme and PMO team in ensuring the worldwide provision of effective and robust programme and project management.

Role Responsibility

You will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio, balancing competing priorities and advising individual project strands and stakeholders.

You will lead the ongoing development and delivery of Portfolio, Programme and Project reporting ensuring that risks and issues are understood and addressed appropriately, and that required Portfolio level decisions are supported by accurate information.

Working within a matrix structure maintaining close links with leaders and colleagues worldwide to support the delivery of a member driven experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You'll bring extensive experience and expertise in leading programmes to deliver innovative solutions.

You'll use your fresh thinking to lead others around you and will enjoy collaboratively working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT resources.

You'll adapt your influential style to bring senior stakeholders onboard. Robust and resilient you'll be someone who aims to delivers above and beyond, driven by results.

Experience working within a regulated environment is desirable. 

 

 

Package Description

  • Car allowance of £2,335
  • 15% Pension contribution (12% MPS, 3% employee)
