Head of Product and Pricing
The purpose of this role is to deliver all pricing for MPS products, both technical (including segmental pool cost analysis) and retail, and also ensure that MPS offers relevant products and propositions for the markets we serve (current and future) which deliver a financial contribution to the membership fund.
This is a key role which reports directly into the Executive Director, Commercial Services and is responsible for the leadership and coaching of around 8 direct reports.

The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive knowledge of General Insurance pricing and products
- The ability to proactively lead and develop a team
- Demonstrable experience of communicating and influencing at executive and board level
Clinical negligence indemnity knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
