Head of Continuous Improvement and Change

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Continuous Improvement and Business Change (CI&C) team to develop and deliver business innovation worldwide. 

This will help re-shape and re-engineer business practices to realise strategic business objectives (around growth, cost and risk) and to improve the member experience. 

Role Responsibility

You will look to identify and prioritise key areas of the MPS business that need significant improvement and, in close cooperation with the Executive, identify the strategic projects required to deliver global business transformation.

You'll lead a team of 5 Business Change Partners and work within a Matrix structure maintaining close links with leaders and colleagues worldwide to support the delivery of a member driven experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have proven experience in a continuous improvement role at senior level delivering large portfolio programme management and driving transformation business change. 

You will naturally be analytical, someone who can critically evaluate individual processes and projects, adept at using your problem-solving skills to foresee obstacles and make strategic decisions.

You'll use your strong communication style to clearly express complex ideas with enthusiasm, inspiring the wider team and setting the direction for multiple initiatives.

Package Description

  • Car allowance of £4,670
  • 12% company pension contribution (3% from the individual)
