We have an incredibly exciting opportunity within MPS to join our Risk Prevention team as a Conference Producer. Your role will be to develop, co-ordinate and execute all aspects of event delivery for our global conferences. Responsible for the end-to-end conference process, from conducting research calls with members, speaking with our internal experts, sourcing speakers & facilitators, assisting with marketing ideas and on the day delivery of events. 

Our Risk Prevention team is at the core of MPS’s proposition to members as we help healthcare professionals prevent risk during their professional careers. Using our department’s extensive international experience, our team of clinicians and education development professionals design and deliver a broad range of education and services to Members across the globe. 

We are looking for a talented, creative and innovative individual who can manage multiple events and stakeholders at any one time.

Role Responsibility

• End-to-end organisation and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual conferences and events across the globe. 
• Develop, co-ordinate & execute all aspects of event delivery. 
• Recruit and manage speakers and negotiate external speaker/presenter costs. 
• Conduct research calls with members to understand topics of interest which will form the agenda and conference speakers. 

The Ideal Candidate

As a not-for-profit global organisation, we host events in other countries so it’s important that you are prepared on occasions to work early mornings and evenings and the odd weekend when required. 

As a Conference Producer you will manage multiple events across the year and will therefore need to be exceptionally well organised with strong time management and communication skills. It’s key that you are knowledgeable within the conference and event management space with in-depth experience of devising and delivering international events.
